The apartments are sold fully furnished, with ownership of furniture and fixtures retained by the resort operator. Customization is not permitted for apartment owners. This ensures an aligned resort concept. The operating organization, financed by the renovation fund, handles any necessary replacements due to wear and tear or damage to the furnishings.
